We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items (e.g., used products, items damaged by the customer, or clearance items) are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in case of wrong or defective items, subject to stock availability.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days (for prepaid orders).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
