5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days (as per our Return Policy)
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Exchange is only available for defective or incorrect items

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to verification via call, SMS, or WhatsApp

Order Refusal Policy:

  • Unjustified refusal of a confirmed COD order may result in:
