We aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation
  • COD orders are processed after verification via call/SMS/WhatsApp

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout
  • We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or products

5. Order Confirmation (Important for COD)

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require confirmation
  • Orders that are not confirmed may be canceled automatically

6. Failed Delivery / Reattempts

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailable
    • Phone not responding

    The courier may attempt 1–2 re-deliveries

  • If the order is still undelivered, it will be returned (RTO)

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp (if available).

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure your phone is reachable after placing an order
  • Provide a complete and accurate address
  • Be available to receive your parcel on time

9. High-Risk or Bulk Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Request advance or partial payment
  • Delay or cancel suspicious or high-risk orders
